How this site works
We're a referral service. We publish plain information about well pump problems around Springfield and connect homeowners with independent, licensed local pump installers.
- We don't do any repair work, and we're not a well drilling, pump, or plumbing company.
- Contractors set their own prices and are responsible for their own work. Ask any contractor for their Missouri DNR permit status, insurance, and warranty terms.
- Calls to this site may be recorded so we can make sure requests reach the right contractor.
